I have spent my whole career at the point where people meet technology. First as an engineer keeping networks alive for some of the UK's biggest organisations. Then as a builder, marketer and educator. Now as an AI automation architect and coach.
Along the way I noticed a pattern. The businesses that thrive are not the ones with the most tools. They are the ones led by people with clear standards, fast decisions and the courage to rebuild how work gets done. Technology simply multiplies whatever it is given.
Why coaching and AI belong together
Most coaches stop at mindset. Most AI consultants stop at software. I bring both, because a founder with a breakthrough and no systems burns out, and a business with brilliant systems and a stuck leader stalls.
Today I run my own ventures on a private, self-hosted AI infrastructure — orchestrated with n8n, routed across multiple models and working around the clock. My course factory produces complete courses with minimal human input. My agency delivers client work on autopilot. I teach what I run.

1993
The engineer
Freelance network engineer for organisations including IBM, Fujitsu Siemens, DEFRA and Midlothian Council. Learned that systems only work when people do.
2003
The builder
BEng Computing from Edinburgh Napier. Moved into web design and built businesses across the UK and Bulgaria.
2012
The marketer
MSc Marketing from Edinburgh Napier. Combined engineering with persuasion, positioning and growth.
2018
The educator
Began creating digital marketing and online courses — practical, over-the-shoulder training for modern marketers.
Today
The architect
